Great Bread Machine

My friend bought me this for Christmas from Costco. I have used this quite a bit and am very impressed. I have only tried the gluten free option but so far it has done exactly as I had expected it to. I had an older DAK bread maker which worked great for regular breads but wasn't working well for gluten free breads (you couldn't change the number of rise cycles on the DAK and gluten free breads only do well with one rise cycle) so I needed a new one. This one seems to have many configuration options and has been very easy to clean. My only complaint is that the loaf comes out a little taller but not as long as I would have liked but that is not too important.

Everything I need in a breadmaker

My daughter-in-law gave me this Cuisinart Breadmaker after I had a bad experience with another brand. When I saw it was a Cuisinart I knew it was going to be good. I bought a Cuisinart Food Processor back in the day and I had it for more than thirty years. it was still working when I bought a new one. I made a perfect Gluten free loaf after having many disasters and I mean to make many more.

Works excellent ,I make 1 or 2 loaves a week easy to use and dont mind the beeps because I make bread when Im awake.Great product!
