Simple to use. Excellent results. Odd-shaped loaf, but not a major problem. Wish they would start making these again. Very high quality product. Identical to Regal K6771 machine. Have been making bread for years with this machine and it has never disappointed.

I bought this item 20 yrs ago refurbished ,used it weekly for years. Still working great. Takes some practice but my wife found a challah bread recipe that even kids love. The trick is 120 or so degree water when you mix ingredients. I would buy it again.

I'd had this machine for years and have gone on and off using it. Probably because of my one and off relationship with gluten. Well, my love, this may be the real END! meaning this machine better keep working. All I ever had to do was replace the paddle; it seemed to have disappeared into the bowels of the dishwasher or a moving truck...something.
I use Bob's Red Mill gluten free bread mix. The best, to me is the whole grain. It takes like pumpernickel and it has a great texture for GF. The Cinnamon Raisin has never really worked for me for some reason. Today I noticed that they two mixes use different proportions of other ingredients, which may be a typo. OR, I should change the setting to "bread mix" for the raisin.
The only reason I'm reading reviews is that the raisin bread doesn't seem to get mixed well, or to form a nice loaf. But after reading all the reviews, I think I'm getting off lucky!
