This product just doesn't seem to work well. For the first month or so, it was able to get down to about 38 (the lowest setting) , but now it just keeps going all the time and doesn't get below 46. On another note, Home Depot apparently sells a unit just like this for 1/2 the price. I don't usually have buyers regret, but in this case I do.
I eventually returned the unit and got a replacement but the replacement is actually worse than the one I sent back! It will not go below 48 degrees.

the first cooler died after about a week of use. it just stopped cooling contacted the company and they told me ship it back i got an RMA number and recieved another cooler this one has been working for about a month now with no problems. i would suggest that you hold on to your original box and wrapping in case you need to return it.

We purchased this to be an inside the cabinet frige for our bar. It was important for us to find a cooler that was not only functional but visually appealing also because of how visible it is in our bar. We were very please with this unit. I was a little weary of spending so much money for a mini-fridge that can be purchased for much less at home depot or any other store. However, this fridge offers way more than what you will get with a typical mini fridge. First, the fridge is designed specifically to hold drinks. Although, it comes ready to hold cans, I rearranged the shelves for bottles. I am able to fit 96 bottles of beer and five bottles of wine. Second, the fridge is extremely quiet I almost never notice when it is running. Third, the digital temperature control is great to be able to specifically set the temperature that you want. When you initially fill the fridge you will notice the temperate shoot up. It does not take long for the fridge to do its job and cool the beverages. I was surprised how accurate it is. The shelves have holes that allow the air to circulate very well. Lastly, the blue light is just downright cool! When people notice the fridge - which they always do - they are quick to compliment how great it looks. All in all - well worth the money!
Just a side note... There was a very small indentation on the inside shell which I assume was from shipping. Because it was minor and had not functional or visual impact being on the inside I didn't bother to return/exchange.
+++UPDATE+++
About 2 months after installing the cooler I started having problems. First the temperature would not go down to what I had it set to by a few degrees. Then it would not go under 48 degrees. Now it won't go under 52 degrees. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they are sending me out a new cooler. The only problem is that because I have no way of boxing up the defective unit safely I had to "purchase" another one with my credit card. That way they will ship me a new one first and then I can use that packing material to send the old one back. When they receive the old one they will give me a credit.
It seems that other buyers have had problems like mine with the temperature control. I hope the new unit works better because I really do like the cooler. But... because of these problems I've removed 2 stars down to three.
