We purchased the U-Line Beverage Center 1075BEVS-00 from a local retailer when we built our house. The reason we wanted a separate beverage center was so that we can keep our beer, wine, and sodas separate from our refrigerator.
One of our must-haves was a unit that could keep beverages cold... not just a wine chiller. The sales rep at the store said that this unit is the coldest out there.
We've had it for about 2 months and have two major gripes:
1. The unit takes forever to chill sodas/beer. If we really need a beverage cold, we have to put it in the fridge first, then move it to the U-LINE.
2. The door doesn't seal each time we close the unit!!!! You have to softly close the door or it will bounce back open. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. We don't slam the door, but we do close it like a fridge... I'm going to contact U-LINE support to see if we can get this resolved.

u-line products sucks. I bought a high end condo, and the previous owner has three u-line products there. They are noisy, easy broken down, very bad design. The inside has so many sharp edges, I got my hand cut 3 times when I take foods out! They dont
even have automatic defrost! My god, it is a horrible experience, and they are not cheap ! $2600 each to replace.

Purchased two U-line coolers of this series for a new home in July '10. Pretty units with all the hype. Alas, BOTH have broken within a few months of the warranty expiring and the original $3000 outlay has climbed to $4000. Probably better to look elsewhere for quality.
